With this article, I’m going to show you how to create a Sales Pipeline Template Excel spreadsheet using Excel. A sales pipeline template is a useful tool for establishing the scope of your team and the opportunities they will have as your business grows. By creating a pipeline, you can manage your team and set expectations for the sales quota and other sales targets that you need to meet.
This template allows you to use pre-defined columns and rows. You can have columns for the date, the name of the project, and the title of the project. In the second column, you will have the name of the contact for that project. For example, you may have John Doe, who is your lead contact for this project. It would be good to put his name in the first cell of the sheet for convenience.
You can also create the Project Header cell for your contact’s name. You’ll find this cell on the second sheet. Just duplicate it for now so that you can see what this cell looks like.
In the first column, you can add a date column. You can add this column as you go along. This column would be a good way to record the dates of when you created the jobs for the leads.
The second column can be used to record the Name of the Lead for each project. You can create a cell in the Contact row and then use the cell at the bottom of the row as the name for the cell. This is a better approach for your template because it allows you to add any additional fields for more options.
The third column can be used to record the date of the first and second jobs for the new lead. You can add these columns as you go along. If you have enough leads, you will probably need the formula to count how many jobs you’ve created.
As you can see, using this template is simple. It will allow you to organize your lead files and create the best information possible for your pipeline. Just remember to update the Project Header, Name of the Lead, and Dates columns for each lead each time that you create a new one.
