Google analytics is a key web analytics tool in any marketer’s toolbox. However, Google analytics only surfaces so much information, which makes it difficult to know where to begin. That is why I have created six Google analytics report templates. You can easily integrate these templates into your website today!
The first Google analytics report template you should include in your Google analytics account is the summary page. This page contains general information about the website as well as details about the main goals and objectives of the website.
The second Google analytics report template you should include in your account is the sales graph page. This page is great for tracking how many visitors come to a website each day, as well as tracking how many visitors each visitor brought to your website. It is also great for tracking if a particular visitor left your site after reading your content or for tracking if a specific visitor came back and did not buy anything from your website.
The third Google analytics report template you should include in your account is the site map page. This page lets you track how many visitors came to a certain page section on your website as well as how long they stayed on the page.
The fourth Google analytics report template that you should include in your account is the visitor’s report. This page tracks how many visitors came to a specific page section on your website and how many came to your website. It also tracks the type of website visitor, such as a user who bought something from your site or visited an alternate site. All of this information is important because you want to understand why your visitors are coming to your website.
The fifth Google analytics report template you should include in your account is the statistics page. This page gives you easy access to various reports that include the most commonly visited pages on your website, the most frequently visited keywords, the most popular categories, the most visited ads, and the most visited programs.
The sixth Google analytics report template you should include in your account is the conversion report. This report gives you the ability to see exactly how many visitors came to your website and what visitors are converting into sales, how many visitors are leaving your website and how many visitors came and left your site.
These are just five of the many Google analytics report templates that you can include in your account. There are literally thousands of other data available. With just a few clicks of the mouse, you can incorporate all of this information into your Google analytics account and use them to create the information you need to properly track your website.
You will find that once you have the website details you need at hand, you will be able to track your website on an everyday basis. Once you have a better idea of what people are doing when they come to your website, you will be able to make improvements and changes based upon what you see.
You may find that you have a problem with your website because of something that your visitors did. Tracking these types of things will give you the ability to make your website better and to make it more profitable for yourself as a business.
By tracking and monitoring your website, you will see which websites are bringing in more traffic than others. And which websites are not getting much traffic at all.
Once you are aware of the trends in your website, you can make changes that will bring more people to your website and that website will bring more people to your website. This is the only true way to know what you are doing wrong.
